VW Van Hub uses essential storage for requested website functions and asks before optional analytics, external media or marketing technologies are allowed to run.
How the consent controls work
On your first visit, VW Van Hub offers three clear choices: Accept all, Reject optional or Manage settings. Optional categories remain disabled until you choose them. You can reopen Cookie settings at any time using the button at the bottom of the website.
Essential cookies and storage
Essential technologies are used only where needed to provide a feature you request or to keep the service secure. Depending on what you use, this can include WordPress sign-in/security cookies, WooCommerce basket and checkout cookies, the VW Van Hub consent-preference cookie, and local app/offline storage when app functionality is requested.

Analytics
Analytics is optional. The VW Van Hub consent system keeps analytics storage denied until you actively enable it. VW Van Hub does not currently enable a third-party analytics tracker through this installer by default. If analytics is added later, it should be connected to this consent category before being activated.
External media
Embedded third-party videos can contact services such as YouTube or Vimeo. VW Van Hub blocks those video connections until you allow External media. YouTube embeds use its privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain where supported, but the provider may still use storage when media is loaded or played.
Marketing
Marketing and advertising storage is optional and denied by default. The current VW Van Hub installer does not enable advertising trackers. If campaign or advertising technology is added later, it should not run until the visitor has enabled the Marketing category.
Changing your mind
You can reopen Cookie settings at any time. If you withdraw optional consent, VW Van Hub updates the preference, attempts to clear common first-party analytics/marketing cookies, and reloads the page so blocked technologies do not continue running.
Third-party services
Some account, payment, hosting or third-party services may set strictly necessary cookies when you deliberately use those services. Their own privacy information may also apply. VW Van Hub reviews this policy when website services change.
